Sergey is a well-experiences litigator, who has managed all types of commercial disputes of different complexity. Clients appreciate his work, creative and out-of-the box solutions, which procure the achievement of the desired goals.   • Representing a British company in economic court under the dispute seeking invalidity of the deal concerning the acquisition of share by an Iranian investor in a an automobile producing joint venture in Belarus;
  • Representing interests of an English company in economic court under the claim seeking the collection of significant debt from a Belarusian company, whereas English substantive law is the governing contractual law;
  • Representing a big company in economic courts seeking the collection of debt from a Belarusian company in the amount of USD 4 MLN;
  • Successful representation of a large bank under a lawsuit against an insurance company. on collection of insurance compensation in the amount exceeding USD 1.6 MLN due to the occurrence of the insured event related to a failure to repay a loan, whereas the insurance agreement has been terminated by the court judgment;
  • Representing a commercial bank in court proceedings seeking the collection of debt under a loan agreement in the amount exceeding EUR 8 MLN by charging the debt against real estate- logistic center;
  • Representing a project organization in the economic court under the claim seeking the collection of significant debt, being the client’s remuneration for the construction of a large shopping center in Minsk;
  • Representing clients in hundreds of different litigations.
