Maksim has extensive practical experience in corporate, contractual, banking, securities, anti-trust, and insolvency (bankruptcy) law. The main areas of practice include support for investment projects, M&A transactions, asset restructuring, and financing, including with the participation of international financial institutions.

He successfully represents shareholders in settling corporate conflicts and participates in the development and implementation of capital protection measures. He has considerable experience in anti-trust law, including obtaining consent from the anti-monopoly authorities of the Republic of Belarus in the fields of economic concentration, mergers and acquisitions.

Specializes in information technology issues, including projects and transactions support, and advises on the use and protection of personal data in accordance with Belarusian legislation, the GDPR and other regulations.
