Master of Law.

Polina has a strong focus on intellectual property, information technology, personal data and real estate and construction projects. She has broad experience in the legal support of clients' commercial projects, including the preparation and examination of various business contracts and other instruments, the preparation of legal opinions on investment, foreign economic activity, currency and customs regulation, corporate law, labor law, labor migration and other issues.

As part of the real estate and construction practice, Polina is experienced in handling numerous real estate leasing and sales transactions, as well as a significant number of commercial real estate construction projects.

Furthermore, Polina is a professional in the areas of information technologies and intellectual property; she represents her clients in IP rights registration and protection both in Belarus and abroad, including registration of industrial property rights, registration of rights and transactions in respect of copyright, including development, licensing and other software transactions, and conducts legal due diligence on IP and information rights. She also has expertise and experience in the fields of personal data protection (advising on personal data handling in accordance with Belarusian legislation, the GDPR and other regulations) and information protection, including experience in the complex support of projects on the development and formalization of confidentiality systems in organizations (including trade secret regime), implementation of information systems for control and tracking of employees' work.
